corpoemcadeia 26/27 is an artistic and social project that works with the inmate population at the Odemira and Vale de Judeus prisons, promoting access to culture, artistic participation, and sustained processes of social reintegration.

The project is based on an interdisciplinary model that integrates contemporary dance, performative practices, and Gestalt psychotherapy through ongoing dialogue and co-creation among artists, psychotherapists, and people deprived of their liberty.

The aesthetic experience is understood as an ethical compass: a space for listening, responsibility, and choice, capable of opening paths toward conflict resolution, violence prevention, and the conscious exercise of freedom.
