Registration for this workshop day requires participation in all three workshops. Participation in only one of the workshops is not permitted.
“Artistic Practices in a Prison Context” invites reflection on the role of artistic projects carried out with people in detention. The event, organized in partnership with Acesso Cultura, consists of a conference (Oct. 6) and a day of workshops (Oct. 7).
On this second day of the event, three workshops will be held aimed at sharing methodologies and processes among artists who are already developing or wish to develop projects in a prison context.
The sessions will be based on methodologies focused on dance and Gestalt psychotherapy (corpoemcadeia project), collaborative drawing (Trégua project), and ethics and narrative creation (RadioAtividade project).
With the aim of fostering the exchange of experiences and peer learning, and thereby strengthening this community of practice, registration is for the full day of work; it is not possible to participate in just one of the workshops.
